Our Commitment

At Calycal, we strive to ensure every family discovers joy and connection through our digital calendar. If our product doesn’t meet your expectations, here’s how we handle refunds.

Digital Product Refunds

Since Calycal provides digital calendar services, we offer conditional refunds within a specified period:

  • Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.

  • To qualify, you must demonstrate technical issues that we cannot resolve within 72 hours of your support ticket.

  • Refunds are not provided for:

    • Change of mind or unused subscriptions.

    • Partial refunds for subscription upgrades/downgrades.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact our support team at support@calycal.com with:

    • Your order number.

    • Detailed reason for the refund request.

    • Screenshots/description of unresolved issues.

  2. We’ll respond within 3 business days to resolve or process your refund.

Approved Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • Access to Calycal calendars will be revoked once the refund is processed.

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel auto-renewal at any time:

  1. Log in to your Calycal account.

  2. Go to Billing → Cancel Subscription.

  3. Cancellation is effective immediately; no prorated refunds for unused days.
